Ingredients

  • 2 chicken fillets (approx 500g)

  • 1 carrot (sliced finely)

  • 1 zucchini (chopped)

  • 1 bunch of broccoli (10-15 florets)

  • 1/2 capsicum (chopped)

  • 320g Kantong honey, soy and garlic sauce

  • 1/2 cup jasmine rice

  • Dash of extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Steps

    Heat up a pan or wok and add the oil.

    At the same time, add water to small saucepan and bring to boil.

  • 3

    Cut the chicken up into small even pieces and add to pan.

  • 4

    Cook until white, just before it starts to brown.

    Add all veggies to the pan, stir to mix it up and add lid.

    Add rice to boiling water and stir.

  • 7

    After 3-5 minutes, take lid off pan and add honey soy sauce.

    Stir ingredients, keep lid off and allow to simmer (approx 6-8 minutes).

    Drain rice and serve in bowl.

  • 10

    Add chicken and vegetables to bowl and eat it!
